But MS OFFICE  isn't Free for every user( i.e. MS OFFICE is free with windows 8,8.1,10 for one Year for new purchase or Upgrade) then what to do , Then we can use Google Spreadsheet or Google Doc Utilities from GOOGLE itself. I mean to say We have to use GOOGLE cloud based utility and performed our task and save it on the cloud which help us in maintaining our files from anywhere . and best part is its free. Alternative are also Present like OpenOffice.org which is free and capable of opening different File types.
